5. How long does it take for cashback to track?

Cashback usually gets tracked within 10 minutes to 72 hours, depending on the store.
You’ll receive a notification when it’s tracked.


6. When will my cashback become confirmed?

Cashback is confirmed once the store verifies your purchase.
This usually takes 30–60 days, depending on return/refund policies of the store.


7. Why is my cashback pending?

“Pending” means the store is still verifying your order.
It will change to “Confirmed” once the return period is over and the store approves the transaction.


8. What should I do if my cashback is not tracked?

You can raise a missing cashback claim through the support section.
Provide order details, and our team will help resolve it with the store.


9. How can I withdraw my cashback?

Once your cashback is “Confirmed,” you can withdraw it to:

  • Your bank account
  • UPI
  • Wallets (if supported)

Minimum withdrawal limit is low to ensure easy access to your earnings.


10. Are the offers and coupons genuine?

11. Can I use store coupons and still get cashback?

Using unapproved coupons may cancel tracking.
