Terms & Conditions – Xtracoup
1. Introduction
Thank you for visiting www.xtracoup.com or the Xtracoup mobile application (together, the “Xtracoup Platform” or “Xtracoup”) – India’s Cashback & Rewards Platform.
The Cashback Service is operated by Xtracoup (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, or “Xtracoup”, which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context, include its legal heirs, representatives, administrators, successors, and permitted assigns).
By using the various services available on the Xtracoup Platform (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms” / “Agreement”), along with all guidelines and supplemental terms applicable to the Services you use.
We may make material changes to these Terms from time to time and will notify registered members either through email, app notification, or website pop-up. Please revisit this page periodically to stay updated.
2. Membership
Membership is available after completing a registration form and submitting the required information to Xtracoup. During registration, the user must click on the checkbox to agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Important:
Xtracoup members cannot run paid ads on Google, Facebook, or any other platform that directly promote or redirect to Xtracoup.
Violating this will result in immediate account termination.
Declaration:
All purchases made through Xtracoup must be for personal and bona fide purposes only.
Commercial or resale transactions are strictly prohibited.
Xtracoup reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if it reasonably believes that the Platform is being used for unauthorized or high-risk purposes.
3. Our Service
Cashback Service
Xtracoup allows registered users (“Members”) to earn cashback by shopping at partnered retailers listed on our Platform (“Retailers”).
A user earns cashback only when:
- The purchase is tracked correctly
- The Retailer confirms the order as valid, genuine, and non-returned
- Xtracoup receives the commission for that transaction
Only then does it become Cashback, which can later be redeemed when the minimum withdrawal threshold is met.
A Qualifying Transaction occurs only when the user is redirected from Xtracoup to the Retailer, makes a successful purchase, receives the product/service, and does not return/refund it.
If a Retailer fails to track or approve a transaction, the cashback cannot be credited.
Reward Program
Some Retailers offer Rewards instead of Cashback.
Rewards:
- Cannot be transferred to a bank account
- Can only be redeemed via gift cards or wallet options
- Require reaching a minimum threshold for redemption
Referral Program
Xtracoup offers a referral system where existing members (“referrer”) can earn 10% of the referee’s cashback (excluding rewards and certain stores).
This is valid as long as both remain active members.
Xtracoup may modify referral terms at any time.
4. Becoming a Member
You must be 18 years or older to use Xtracoup.
If registering bank/UPI details (“Cashback Receipt Method”), you confirm:
(a) You own the payment method
(b) You authorize us to send payouts to it
You must ensure your email and mobile number are updated and accessible to receive communication.
5. Cashback / Reward / Referral Fees
Once a Qualifying Transaction is approved by the Retailer and we receive the corresponding commission, we credit it as Cashback/Reward.
Please note:
- Retailers may deny, delay, or fail to track sales
- Cashback rates may vary depending on the commission received
- Tracking may fail due to technical issues, VPN usage, pop-up blockers, etc.
- Xtracoup is not responsible if the Retailer rejects or fails to report the transaction
Missing cashback claims must be raised within 30 days of the transaction.
Incorrectly credited amounts may be reversed or adjusted at any time.
6. Your Account
You may withdraw validated cashback once your earnings meet the minimum withdrawal threshold.
If you close your Xtracoup account and have not reached the threshold, your earnings will be forfeited.
7. Validity of Cashback / Rewards / Bonus
Your Xtracoup earnings will expire if you do not log in for 2 consecutive years.
Expired earnings:
- Will appear under “Expired Cashbacks”
- Cannot be withdrawn
8. Intellectual Property
All website/app content, brand assets, and intellectual property belong to Xtracoup.
No one may copy or distribute our content without written permission.
By uploading any content to Xtracoup, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for service-related purposes.
9. Privacy Policy
The Xtracoup Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement.
By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.
10. Our Role
Xtracoup is not a seller of any listed goods/services.
Retailers are solely responsible for:
- Product quality
- Delivery
- Returns, refunds, and customer service
Xtracoup is only a tracking and cashback service.
11. Misuse
Your account may be suspended or terminated if you:
- Use false information
- Attempt fraudulent transactions
- Exploit retailer terms
- Abuse referral systems
- Use unauthorized methods to gain cashback
We may forfeit pending or validated earnings in such cases.
12. Contact from Third Parties
If a complaint or legal notice is received regarding your activities, you agree to cooperate as required.
13. Additional Services
Xtracoup may launch new features or services, which may require acceptance of additional terms.
14. Operation of Service
Xtracoup may modify, suspend, or discontinue services for legal, security, technical, or commercial reasons.
There may be temporary outages due to maintenance.
We will give reasonable advance notice where possible.
15. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All services are provided “as is” and without warranties.
Xtracoup is not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Technical failures
- Errors, delays, or tracking failures
Maximum liability shall not exceed ₹500.
16. Third-Party Content
Xtracoup is not responsible for content hosted by Retailers or external websites.
17. Communications
You consent to receive communications from Xtracoup via:
- SMS
- App notifications
- Browser notifications
- Automated or agent calls
DND/NCPR exemptions apply.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Xtracoup for any claims arising from:
- Your breach of this Agreement
- Your transactions with Retailers
19. Assignment
Xtracoup may assign or transfer its rights under this Agreement.
You may not assign your membership without our consent.
20. Entire Agreement
This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements regarding the Xtracoup Cashback/Rewards Service.
21. Changes to the Agreement
Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform and will take effect:
- After 3 days for major changes
- Immediately for minor/administrative updates
If you disagree, you must stop using Xtracoup.
22. Severability
If any clause is invalid, the rest of the Agreement remains enforceable.

24. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Indian law.
Courts in India have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

We do not store personal copies of this Agreement. You may save or print it from www.xtracoup.com.
